ICYMI – Maven 2.x Javadoc Plugin

ICYMI over early summer holidays, it looks like @olamy, @theatph1, sebb@asf and others built a Maven 2.x Plugin that repairs relevant Javadoc as described here at CERT.  Thanks for that!
